We can ship to virtually any civic address in the world. Note that there may be some restrictions shipping certain products to some international destinations. However, our SSL online store is currently only programmed to ship to the continental USA and Canada.
We ship products directly to consumers/end-users worldwide. Consumer Orders require a USD $30.00 minimum before shipping and taxes. The minimum flat rate shipping & handling charge is $15.00 for orders between $30.01-$59.99 anywhere in the continental USA and Canada. The flat rate shipping & handling charge is $20.00 for orders between $60.01-$99.99. Orders greater than $100.00 are shipped prepaid via Canada Post / USPS (customs/brokerage included). Shipping destinations other than the continental 48 states in the USA or the lower 10 Canadian provinces require additional “beyond point” shipping charges. Canadian provincial shipping taxes are required by law to be added to all Canadian destinations.

You may return new, unopened, non-perishable items (E.g. yeast products) within 30 days of shipping for a full refund less our original shipping costs. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All product returns must be returned only in the authorized manner to receive credit. All returns (except for miss-shipments and defective products) must be returned prepaid to us by the customer. We will NOT accept collect returns. We will not accept collect returns. Miss-shipments and defective products must be returned with a RA# (Return Authorization Number), issued by the Manager. Based on the nature of the return, we will determine the least expensive way to return the goods.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we then can determine the refund amount against your account.
